A project at Shivaji Park with a view of the Arabian Sea on the left. With such a great view on one side, the challenge was to appreciate both the views from the apartment and make it a luxury project with comparatively smaller plot size. We designed the layout for one apartment per floor and made it into a luxury project with a large living dining room where to get the beautiful views of both sides. The Podium is nicely wrapped with a metal net with gold plating for elegance and continue the feel of Shivaji Park with a green wall pattern.
